It is next door to #137. When you rent both, you can be close, yet have some privacy AND receive a 10% discount for the second rental.

Our one bedroom condo, at the popular ocean front Maravilla Resort Condominium, is located in the new section and decorated in cool relaxing colors with lots of art. Everything is BRAND NEW (with the exception of some artwork and the classic wicker furniture in the bedroom)!

as our Romantic Galveston Getaway and invite you to visit. All the floors and the balcony are tiled with 20 inch ceramic tile for a stunning look.
You can walk from the living room to your private balcony overlooking the largest of Maravilla?s three pools with a view of the hot tub and the Galveston Gulf in the distance. The well-designed modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless appliances. You can eat at the bar or sit at the round table or dine at the small round table on the balcony. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.
We now have good news for our friends and returning guests – ‘Galveston Tropical Getaway – #2’ is right next door to our original Galveston Tropical Getaway. This condo also sleeps five.
This part of the Maravilla complex is brand new. We are proud that ?Galveston Tropical Getaway? is one of the first condos to be completed and ready for guests. However, we expect that some of our neighbors who have not yet completed their condos, may be finishing them this year and next. This could possiby include floors, cabinets and other decorations. You may experience some noise during the day prior to quiet time. We will attempt to notify our guests when there will be construction in a neighboring unit. In addition, Galveston is growing. We are proud to note that there will soon be a Marriott Hotel right next door to Maravilla. And with construction, also comes a bit of noise.
