I’m a typical Galveston Island Rentals visitor. I lived on Galveston Island for fifteen years. Now we live near NASA and truly enjoy visiting Galveston. Our requirements are few, as the kids are grown and we don’t need a boat slip or sand between our toes. It’s fun to travel with another couple so two bedrooms and two baths are perfect but we can survive with just one bath. A Gulf of Mexico view is preferred, however not a mandate. A Swimming Pool and Hot Tub is important. Close to Restaurants is a plus but a great kitchen makes the trip really pleasurable.
