Galveston condominiums are available throughout 32 mile long Galveston Island. Some will provide a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and allow you to view a delightful sunrise or sunset. Some Galveston condominiums will offer views of Galveston Bay or other scenic areas of interest. Acquiring your view of choice is something to consider when the booking process is underway. Don’t wait until you arrive and “Hope for the Best” if a view is important for your visit. Remember to plan ahead, and take the time to make everyone pleased with your decision, including yourself. All of our?“Galveston Tropical Condos“?show pictures of the view from each condo. No surprises here!

Another thing to consider is food. How much should you bring or buy when you arrive? Cooking in a fully stocked kitchen will clearly save youGalveston Condominiums View From Balcony money over the course of your visit, vs. a trip to a restaurant for each meal. Most plan for several meals out and several meals in your Galveston condominiums for convenience. Several meals are left to impromptu living or chance based upon the daily activities and location. Be flexible and go with how you feel at the time. If you are too tired to go out and too tired to cook, that is okay! Order take out or delivery. Just enjoy your stay in Galveston and remember to have fun! It’s why you came to begin with . . . remember?

If you stay in Galveston Condominiums vs. Hotel facilities, you have made a decision?for added space, fully stocked kitchen, & more sleeping capacity. The only thing you give up is room service. Be honest . . . how often to you use room service when staying in a hotel? If room service is important then don’t select Galveston condominiums. Stay at one of our many and fine hotels. We have a terrific selection of both style of accommodations. Many hotels also can boast of a terrific view. The choice is yours! Have fun and hope to see you soon! Call Now For Reservation!

Condo vs Hotel

Condo vs Hotel 1Condo vs Hotel is an interesting comparison. Depending where you go and the services that you want or don’t want will make condo vs hotel easier to decide. Let’s start with the cost factor. Hotels range greatly in price. This range is generally ?based upon location, availability, quality, amenities, and time of year. Condos are no different. They use the same factors to determine their pricing structure. One positive exception that a condo may offer is that sometimes you can negotiate directly with the owner. Not always, but sometimes. Condo vs Hotel is not an exact science, however, it is fairly consistent in this comparison.

Condo vs Hotel;

  1. Size – The average Condo is larger than the average Hotel room. With this in mind you get more square footage per dollar spent in a Condo. A Condo is more like a fully furnished apartment. Multiple bedroom options generally are available as well.
  2. Kitchen – A Condo will normally come with a fully equipped Kitchen. A Hotel will normally not come with a Kitchen. Fully equipped Kitchen generally means refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, plates, & silverware. Because of the Kitchen you may now cook in your Condo and save money. Every meal does not have to be at a Restaurant. Eat out when you want to, not because you have to. It’s a wonderful option to consider.
  3. Bathroom – Often a Condo will have an extra bath or half bath. Rarely does a Hotel offer an extra bath.
  4. Living Room – A Condo will normally come with a fully equipped Living Room. A Hotel will normally not come with a Living Room. The extra living space of a Living Room makes your stay much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Hotels have their upsideCondo vs Hotel 1 as well. Different from a Condo, but nevertheless an upside. If you want or need room service, restaurant(s), valet parking, and daily maid service, then a Hotel is definitely for you! Condo vs Hotel is worth comparing based upon your desires and expectations during your stay. If you have never stayed in a Condo or want to stay in one of mine Contact Marilyn?at 713.773.4210.
